  • Action List - Item will be placed on action list (must have pri 5 or higher admin rights).
  • Suggestion - Suggest an item for the action list.
  • Request - Request an action such as adding a name to the admin list or updating your admin level.
  • Bug Report - Report a problem with the Web site.
  • Fix action - Setting a Bug to be fixed (pri 5 or higher)

Category: - Select a Category (Category are added and removed by persons with pri 8 or higher admin lvl).

Chapter: - Select A Chapter (from Chapter list)

Responsible: - Person responsible for action (must be on admin list).

Priority: - Select Priority

Need by Date: - Date needed by

Subject: - Title for this Item.

  • OPEN - Item is being worked.
  • Referred - Item has been referred to another item.
  • Assigned - Item has been referred to a group or person for action.
  • Holding - Item is awaiting action.
  • Closed - Item has been word with action complete.
  • Removed - No action will be taken.

Assigned to: - Group or person work has been assigned to (if not Responsible party) text field.

Impact: - The Impact This Item has on CAPR.

Due Date: - Date action needs to be completed by (hopefully before need by date.)

Using bellow buttons will perform selected actions on selected (checked) items bringing them up as a group.
