These water rights bill must pass the house!These bills are one step closer to potentially protecting all Washington Citizens from Water Rights abuses! The usual suspects opposing liberty came out in force, but we can raise our voices and make enough calls to over-ride that opposition! SB 5965 has passed the Senate and must be passed in the House! this bill would specify reasonable mitigation for instream flow that would evaluate current practices and requires a report to the legislature. SB 5407 has passed the Senate and must be passed in the House! Concerning existing lots and the Skagit instream flow rule. SB 5705 Establishing a mineral prospecting and mining advisory committee. A Bill Providing for First Refusal ! We must get this bill through the Senate Transportation Committee!
