This year the keynote speaker will be Dave Hunnicutt, of Oregonians in Action. 

 Oregonians in Action is the Property Rights Organization for Oregon.  

  Many will recall the sucesses OIA had in passing the controversial, but much needed property rights bill Oregon Ballot Measure 37, which sought compensation for Private Property Owners whose property value was reduced due to governmental regualtion.

  OIA  continues to work on behalf of propery owners and we are sure Mr. Hunnicutt will have much to say of interest to our banquet Guests.
